stay focused young man :) Remember how the young man can keep his heart pure? by taking heed to God's Word :) Stay focused, steadfast.
Also, a word of caution if i may - be careful wat u blog about ur work - i know of a few people who hav lost their jobs cos they were too public about it. Employers dont like this even tho identities kept secret.
